Matthias Maecker, born 1969, joined the Investment Advisory Department of Winters & Hirsch in 2007. He is a Senior Consultant advising primarily German and international investors on the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate.

Matthias graduated from the Hamburg School of Economics and Politics with a degree in Business Administration in 2000. 

Prior to that, he finished an apprenticeship in Real Estate Management and worked for Hinrichs & Kempcke GmbH, a property and financial service provider in Hamburg, contributing decisively to the establishment of the company’s real estate department.  

Matthias speaks German and English.
