Jens Jähnke, born 1975, joined the Winters & Hirsch valuation advisory team in January 2008, specializing in residential and IFRS valuation.

Jens acquired first professional experience during his four years at the University of Bonn, where we worked at the Department of Land Management and Real Estate Valuation. In 2007, he earned a doctor of engineering degree in Real Estate Valuation from the University of Bonn. 

Earlier on, at the end of 2002, Jens had taken the second state examination as Survey Assessor, having graduated from Technical University Berlin with a degree in Surveying Engineering.   

Jens speaks German and English.
