Winters & Hirsch rank among one of the largest and top property valuation advisors in Berlin. We apply special quality management procedures in carrying out valuations. Academically educated real estate experts with many years of experience of the Germany property market provide valuations that comply with national and international valuation standards and are based on the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 quality standards. The first steps of the valuation process are inspection of the real estate, document and data collection, plausibility check on information received, analysis of tenant data and lease agreements, consideration of technical, legal and fiscal due diligence reports and finding of comparables.
Using this data, the most experienced and competent valuer for the respective instruction carries out the valuation.
The valuation advisory team specializes in the appraisal of premium residential properties, commercial/residential buildings, office properties, building land, retail and commercial real estate, hotels, shopping centres and logistics real estate as well as large portfolios of residential and commercial properties. We value real estate in Berlin and nationwide.
The asset value of the valuations and analyses carried out by Winters & Hirsch in 2008 is over EUR 5.45 billion. Altogether, we conducted some 70 valuations involving more than 870 commercial and residential properties.
